It absolutely was an excellent experience. We had our rooms all set when we arrived. The foods was pretty superior and abundant. I recommend it for good.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were there at any hrs. The beds were cozy and the other guests were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but they fix it. Very awesome hotel and excellent location. Surely will recommend this place!

Quite great and clean spot. The area where is located is great, precisely what we were looking for. Beds ended up pretty nice. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere but it´s fantastic for a full night rest. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will probably come once more for my next visit here.

I have stayed for five nights with my spouse. Beds were big enough and the space was always clean up. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Sofia you should book at Hotel Downtown. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. The atmosphere all around was perfect.
